SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Attention Earned (David Chait, Flushing, NY) sent from +1 (866) 618-8109.

What we text

Attention Earned runs a text-to-post service for the nonprofits and small businesses we make videos for. When you text or email us a video and caption, we post it to your social accounts and text you back:

• confirmations that your post is live, with a link for each platform
• notices if a post failed, and why
• reminders about scheduled posts and calendar items you set up with us
• replies to messages you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this number.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting START or JOIN to +1 (866) 618-8109, by checking the optional SMS box on our text updates page, or by saying yes when David asks you on a call. Texting us a video or a question also opts you in to replies about it. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use every part of our service without text messages.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from this number. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP for help, or reach us at editors@attentionearned.com or 347-361-0822.

The rest

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never sell or share your mobile number. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
